The Macarthur Adolescent AOD Support Service is an ASES-accredited holistic alcohol and drug support service that sits within Mission Australia's South West Youth Services (SWYS). The service works with young people to find long-term solutions to AOD issues for young people aged 12-25 who are living in the Macarthur area. The wider SWYS is a prevention and early intervention service aiming to discourage young people from disengaging with education and falling into unemployment or crime. The service provides education, employment, life skills and counselling support to marginalised youth in the South West Sydney region.

Who we assist

Young people age 12-25 years. The service aims to provide alcohol and other drugs support, advice and referral to all of community throughout the Macarthur region.

Eligibility criteria

We assist people who are male or female residing in the Macarthur region who need support with alcohol and other drugs.

Referral process

Self-referral and referral by other agencies by contacting service and attending assessment interview.
