The STAR (Strong, Together and Resilient) Program works with young people who are at high risk of ongoing involvement with the youth justice system, and their families. The program aims to build individual, family and cultural connections to build the protective factors against offending behaviour while also addressing the factors that increase the risk or likelihood that young people will offend.
